The ability to relate well to others has become a critical factor for success in nearly every position in the modern organization. By learning to understand ourselves and our impact on others (our staff, customers, co-workers, family and others) we are able to manage our relationships with them more effectively. When we understand those whose personality style is different from our own, we are able to work productively with them rather than conflicting with them.
This interactive session will provide you with the tools necessary to:

- Identify not only your own behaviour style, but also that of others thereby improving your ability to communicate with them
