Phase 2 - Planning Phase (approximately 8 – 10 weeks)

During Phase 2 the following activities will take place:

Participation in the e-Learning Business Planning Workshops. Topics include but not limited to:

Plan and conduct Market Research - direct and indirect

Attend meetings with Business Coaches

Prepare and hand in Business Plan

Community Review Board will review your plan and recommend whether or not you are ready to enter into Phase 3 - Business Implementation.
